Dear OKX Users,

To further improve your trading experience, we will be upgrading the early redemption function for our Dual Investment product on April 1, 2026.

What's Changing:

Early redemption settlement times are significantly improved. When sufficient liquidity is available, redemption proceeds will be credited to your account in real time. In other cases, proceeds will arrive no later than 08:00 UTC on the following day.

Credited as early as 8:00 UTC on the same day, or at 8:00 UTC the following day.

Real-time when liquidity is sufficient; otherwise by 08:00 UTC the next day
