Today, we announced the first tokenized asset issued by @Securitize approved to be supplied as collateral at @aave Horizon RWA marketplace, @vaneck_us VBILL product using @chainlink as oracle to supply the price feed into Horizon, thanks to the platform-level integration we built. I firmly believe that in a few years, Horizon will surpass the current @aave TVL, becoming its largest marketplace. Kudos to @StaniKulechov and the @aave team for their pioneering vision. The potential of using RWAs as a superior form of collateral in DeFi to address some of the tradfi cost and inefficiencies of borrowing and lending is solving a real capital markets issue that only the permissionless innovation nature of public chains enables.
