Yes anyone can create market, but also anyone can create ass markets with parameters that curators may not agree upon.
You can easily realize this if you try creating a market yourself. I wanted to be cheeky making a PT-token vault but was horrified at how discretionary the choice of oracle and LTV can be. Look at the LTV in the pic lmao
Surprised oracle comapnies aren't creating slop markets en masse because I think that's the bottleneck to Morpho in a way.
I guess some people take a shortcut and hard code lmao. Also, I wonder how many markets are created by the vault risk managers themselves
